Day 1: 2 December 2020
Medical team of Medical Service Centre lead by Dr. Ansuman Mitra, Secretary, & Incharge, MSC Disaster Response Cell, and Dr. Mridul Sarkar, Member, MSC CC braved series of police barriers to join the PEASANTS' MOVEMENT at SINGHU BORDER, Delhi-Chandigarh Highway.
Medical camp has been started at the spot
to support the #FARMERSPROTEST against anti-farmer anti-people policies of the Central Government. Protesting farmers often with families from North Indian states who were stopped in the middle of the road approaching Delhi are braving cold weather.
MSC in its stand for Right of People to Health is committed to stand by people fighting for demoratic rights.
